I just love good customer service. As a frequent visitor to the Coach store...yes, I like sheek handbags, little purses, stylish pouches, and especially those darling wristlets, and because I am such a constant visitor I received a coupon in the mail saying that as a "preferred customer" I can get an additional 25% off their Fall selections.
Can I just say "yay" loud enough? And then to add on top of that, they called me. Well they left a voicemessage, a personal message, from a real live person just to tell me about the sale and to be on the lookout for my coupon. Am I sounding too excited here? Anywhoo this type of service never happens to me. Usually I am the one calling stores or places pulling teeth just to talk to a person for a minute without being put on hold ten times. Now I know they are trying to sell me something but it is still nice to know there is someone out there that can make you feel special.
Can we encourage the customer service managers at Coach to now give lessons to a few other companies, like all health insurance, cable, telephone, auto service companies, and most of all doctor's offices. I mean, aren't those places trying to sell you stuff too?
